Crystal Package
· 2 hour face to face off and running consultation (discuss details for event, budget, and
potential venues and vendors)
· Provide you with a customized planning timeline
· 1 hour phone call to discuss theme/design creation (recommended 1 year to 6 months
before the wedding)
· 1 hour phone call to discuss and answer planning and etiquette details (recommended
6 months to 3 months before the wedding)
· 1 hour phone call 2 months before wedding to create timeline
· Allowed to send me 1 email per week throughout the planning process
· Attend final detail appointment at venue with caterer and florist
· Provide a day of timeline for vendors
· Direct Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
· Direct Wedding (will arrive two hours before ceremony is scheduled to begin)
· Direct Reception (up to 3 hours)
· Director's kit available for emergencies that may arise day of wedding
· Provide Wedding coordinator and assistant weekend of wedding
· Make Honeymoon arrangements (as needed)
· 20% discount on ceremony/reception accessories and *invitations (some manufacturers do not allow discounting)
· Staff is available to assist with setup and décor at additional hourly fee (i.e. setup of tables, chair covers, chair sashes, folding of napkins, chair setup, etc.)
· Break down and clean up crew can be provided at additional hourly fee.
